They know you, they have already signed with you, and they are landing somewhere new with a budget and a mandate. Nobody calls them, because nobody knows they moved. The calculator below puts a number on what that means for your business. Every value can be edited.
Seven values are enough. Change one and everything recalculates.
Customers and former customers: every account where someone said yes.
Decision-makers, sponsors, key users: the people whose departure changes something.
Across our customers' databases, we observe 15 to 30% of B2B contacts changing jobs each year, depending on the segment. That is also the share of your data that goes stale if nobody updates it.
Value of a signed contract, first year.
Well above a cold close rate: the relationship exists, and the product has already proven itself with them.
From first contact to signature, on a typical deal.
On reactivations, we see the cycle cut in half: there is nothing left to prove.

Nothing else is added: no productivity multiplier, no assumed growth. Reactivatable pipeline and expected revenue do not add up: the second is the share of the first that you close.
The default rates in this calculator (30% of the base changing jobs, the top of the 15 to 30% range we see, a 40% close rate, a sales cycle cut in half) are observed on 50+ customer databases. The Ogo Security case study: a 68% close rate on reactivated champions →

It runs on your CRM, continuously, with no export and no migration. It is one of four workflows, alongside CRM enrichment, Duplicate detection and merging and New hire detection. See how Jipup keeps your CRM up to date →
You choose who to track: a list, a lifecycle stage, an owner, a segment of accounts. A cooldown you set keeps it from re-checking a contact it saw recently: the same champion is not scanned twice, so it is not billed twice. A scan costs 3 credits per contact, plus 3 credits once if the LinkedIn URL has to be found.
It uses the LinkedIn URL on the record if there is one, and otherwise resolves it from the name and company. Then it reads the public profile. Along the way, an identity check confirms that the profile really belongs to that person, not to someone with the same name.
A model compares the job title and employer on the profile with what the record says. Below the confidence threshold, or if the verdict is incomplete, nothing is written: the contact is simply marked as checked, and the rep does not get one more false lead to chase.
The record is updated, the primary company is repointed to the new employer using its domain, and a task goes to the contact owner. If you have turned it on, the work email and phone for the new role are enriched right away; otherwise the rep calls a number that no longer answers. The other buying signals the agent surfaces →
Two related cases are handled separately, because the follow-up is not the same: an internal promotion (same company, new role) and a departure with no new role identified.
What the rep gets a task in the CRM, linked to the contact, due within 48 hours.
An uncertain verdict does not change the record. Silence beats wrong data.
You set the cooldown. It stops the same champion from being scanned, and paid for, on every run.
